Promotional Access to Nutrition and Food Sciences Database (CABI)

We inform you that with the kind support of the Bulgarian Information Consortium, promotional access to databases of CABI has been organized.

Students, lecturers, PhD students and specializing physicians at the Medical University of Plovdiv can access Nutrition and Food Sciences Database until December 31st, 2022, for free.
The information resource contains over 116 000 full-text documents (journal articles, conference papers, reports), 1 900 000 bibliographic records, over 250 CAB reviews, and datasheets written by experts in their field. It covers the whole food chain from raw ingredients to physiological and health effects of nutrients. Key subject areas include public health, clinical nutrition, nutrition physiology, food safety, food security, consumer behaviour, food science and technology, etc.
