Electronic Catalogue

Contains bibliographic records of library items, catalogued depending on their type as follows:

Books

Includes:

  • books acquired after 1992 (textbooks, manuals, monographs, reference books etc.) and selectively added bibliographic records of books acquired before 1992;
  • all dissertations in the library collection

    Periodicals

    Includes all print periodicals and serial publications held by the library.

    Articles

    Includes publications of researchers at Medical University of Plovdiv which have been published in scientific journals and proceedings held by the library.

    Bibliographies

    Includes publications (articles, dissertations, monographs, textbooks etc.) published by researchers at Medical University of Plovdiv.

    Card-index catalogues

    The traditional catalogues are situated in the Main library of the Library and Information Center and include:

  • Alphabetical catalogue of books in Bulgarian acquired before 1992;
  • Alphabetical catalogue of books in Russian acquired before 1992;
  • Alphabetical catalogue of books written in the Roman alphabet acquired before 1992;
  • Systematic catalogue of books acquired before 1992.
